Delphine Baumer, R.Ac.
Registered Acupuncturist
Delphine believes that people heal best in a supportive, caring environment. She is committed to using her time honoured craft to help you feel your absolute best and arrive at a state of optimal health.
Physical pain and emotional distress are strong signals of an imbalance in the body. By carefully assessing your symptoms and treating the root cause of the imbalance, Delphine provides an environment where true healing takes place.
After eight years of practicing in Vancouver clinics, Delphine opened her own Acupunture clinic in the Vancouver downtown area in 2017.
She enjoys collaborating with her patient's chosen team of practitioners. As well, Delphine has some excellent relationships with some of the city's best therapists in various modalities whom she is always happy to refer to, if need be. And she continues to be open to meeting new members of the health community to work with.
Delphine is a registered with the CCHPBC (College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC) and is a member of ATCMA (BC Association of TCM and Acupuncture Practitioners)

Raised in a small town in the Okanagan, in a multicultural home of indigenous Interior Salish and Italian heritage, Trace-Ace Borgnetta was brought up with a great appreciation for nature. It is this lifelong connection to the earth that has been a driving force in Trace’s journey towards Eastern medicine for healing on a physical and spiritual level.
Trace-Ace began seeing Delphine as an Acupuncture patient in 2017. Having experienced the benefits Acupuncture has had on her own physical pain, gut health, grief, and sleep disorders, Trace-Ace became inspired to study Traditional Chinese Medicine and successfully became an Acupuncturist too! She has made it her mission to guide others on their own health journeys.
As well as being a Registered Acupuncturist, Trace-Ace has excelled in several healing modalities over the course of her studies. These include, Cupping Therapy, with several years experience in suction and fire treatments, Tuina Chinese massage, and Qi Gong,
Trace-Ace has seen how these ancient practices can successfully treat every aspect of a person’s well-being.
With gentle kindness and open communication, Trace-Ace gives her clients a safe space to practice internal and external healing.
Sharleen Khan, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Sharleen has always had a fascination with the body and its complexities. It was through seeking treatment from an RMT herself that she realized the positive impact massage therapy can have, an experience that began her journey to help others in their own healing process.
She uses a range of techniques in her practice, including Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage, and Musculotendinous Attachment Release, among others. Her treatments are personalized, patient-centered, and designed with comfort, trust, and safety in mind.
Sharleen has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including headaches, pregnancy-related concerns, soft tissue injuries, neurological disorders, and musculoskeletal dysfunctions. She works with a diverse group of clients, such as trauma survivors, performance athletes, and patients with terminal illnesses.
She graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2016, after spending nine years supporting patients in BC’s public health system in roles across emergency, radiology, and staffing services.
Sharleen is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish. She offers direct billing to most major insurance companies. In her free time, you can find her seeking out new world cuisines, with her hands in the dirt gardening, or enjoying the outdoors with her dog.

Nicolas Taggart, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Nicolas views the body as an interconnected system shaped by its neurological and fascial structures. Treatments are focused on unwinding tensional patterns and restoring ease and flow to breathing and movement. Working from a trauma-informed approach, with an emphasis on bringing mindful awareness to tensional forces and long held compensatory patterns, Nicolas provides treatment that encourages motor control and neurological integrity.
Having experienced pain and dysfunction firsthand through a background in high-performance hockey goaltending, Nicolas brings personal insight into a wide range of acute physical injuries from strains and sprains to concussions and whiplash. Previously working in acting and film, Nicolas also understands the chronic and acute issues that come from long, demanding workdays.
A graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy, and with over a decade of massage experience, Nicolas has worked with clients across a variety of stages of life and health. Treatments are always tailored to the individual, and focused on lasting and effective outcomes.
Nicolas is also certified in Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, a technique that helps break down scar tissue and fascial restrictions, while encouraging proper fiber alignment in ligaments and tendons to support their strength and function.
Shazreen Khan, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
Shazreen graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2012. Since then, she has spent her career deepening and expanding her knowledge and practice.
She works from a biopsychosocial model of pain, a model of care that views pain as the result of complex interactions between the body, mind, and environment.
Her personal experience with head injury and post-concussive disorder has provided her with a unique appreciation for the interconnectedness of the human body. Her treatment approach is guided by a deep interest in neurology and the vital functions of the nervous system.
Shazreen assesses overall motor control and functionality to design treatments that address each person’s specific concerns. Throughout her career, she has worked with a diverse range of people and conditions; from acute sports injuries to chronic pain management, and enjoys the unique puzzle each individual presents.
Outside of the clinic Shazreen spends a great deal of her time outdoors hiking with her dog. She also has a wide range of hands-on hobbies, from archery and mechanics, which give her a deeper understanding of the physical demands different activities place on the body and helps her create home care routines.
Katie Sant

Katie is a dedicated Reiki practitioner based in Vancouver, BC, with a deep passion for healing and holistic wellness. She holds a Level 3 Reiki certification—also known as Shinpiden, or “Mystery Teachings”—which reflects her advanced understanding of this ancient Japanese healing art. This level signifies her ability to work with the deeper spiritual and energetic aspects of Reiki, allowing her to guide others on their path to balance, clarity, and well-being.
Katie’s approach to healing is inspired by her love for both nature and art, which infuse her sessions with creativity, grounding, and intuition. She is currently expanding her knowledge through studies in natural medicine, further deepening her holistic understanding of health and vitality.
Looking ahead, Katie is excited to incorporate sound healing into her offerings, using therapeutic sound frequencies to support deeper energetic shifts and spiritual growth. Whether through the gentle touch of Reiki, the restorative power of nature, or the resonance of sound, Katie is committed to helping individuals heal, reconnect, and return to themselves.
