About Us

We are a growing team of Registered Extended Health Care Practitioners providing our patients with Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Registered Massage Therapy, Reiki, and other wellness services.

Originally founded in 2017 as a boutique acupuncture clinic, The Qi Station has evolved into a collaborative, integrative care space. We’ve recently grown our team and expanded our clinic - designing a space with the intention of hosting small community workshops and Continuing Education Courses.

In Spring 2025, Delphine and Shazreen merged their practices and grew the clinic together, seizing the opportunity to expand into a neighbouring unit. After collaborating for over a decade and sharing a strong alignment in ethics and care philosophy, they’re honoured to be reunited under one roof. This expansion marks a new chapter in our commitment to safe, empowering, effective care.

Our Philosophy

The clinic expansion is also a response to a strong call that we need a restorative action of community. It is our mission at The Qi Station to provide care and belonging for our community in safe, effective, and truly supportive approaches that empower each and every person who walks through our doors.

We aim to support our patients and community to feel better and build momentum in their own self-guided, supported healing. We understand that the best healing takes place when we are nourished to grow in our own sovereignty, steering away from “dependent” treatment plans.

Access to Care

Shazreen and Delphine also align in maintaining that we are able to help provide support to those who may not be able to afford Extended Health Care. Karma Care lives strong, in our hearts and our practices. Please reach out to us if you need help but are unable to keep up with the financial load of it. We keep a donation pool to help supplement care for this purpose. It is deep in our ethics that money should not be an obstacle to care and we are here to do everything we can to help.

How We Work

Our team all embrace being a “geek” in their practice - dedicated to learning, growing, and treating with integrity. We also honour the limits of our scope and will refer out to other healthcare providers when that’s what’s best for you.

In an ideal world, modern medicine and extended health care practitioners work together as a team. We do our best to model this collaborative approach and contribute to building a more integrated, respectful healthcare system.

A huge shift in my well-being

“I have been quite sick for three years now, I have been to numerous doctors, specialists, etc with no change in my reactions. The very first time I went to see Delphine I noticed a huge shift in my well being. I have been seeing her for a while now and continue to have greater shifts every week. She sincerely cares about her clients and this shows in her work. She is a very special person and I am very grateful that she has chosen this as her profession because she excels at her work. I know that Delphine gets as excited as I do when I notice changes and improvements in my well being. Please go and see her, just don't take my appointment!”
